Lovely holiday home to really enjoy on Joels udde where you are close to both the sea, the beach and the nice restaurants, ice cream cafes and shopping that Färjestaden has to offer. The house is not rented out to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric cars. The cabin must be cleaned by the guest before departure. Bed linen and towels are brought by the guest. The house is located in a nice cottage area with a high holiday feeling. It is walking distance to the fine, shallow sandy beach where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and the beautiful view of the Öland Bridge in the distance. There is also a larger playground and beach volleyball court here. You have a wonderful garden with a nice patio deck where you can enjoy sunny days. On the nice covered veranda you can enjoy a good piece of food. The house has an open living room with a couch in front of the TV or the beautiful fireplace where you can light candles. Burning in the fireplace is not permitted. Here there is a beautiful dining area that leads into the open kitchen where you have a dishwasher and most everything you might need. You sleep in two bedrooms. One with a double bed, In the second room with a curtain there is a bunk bed with a 90cm bed at the top and a 120cm bed at the bottom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. There are two bicycles available which guests are responsible for. Here you are really close to Öland's Zoo, which with its animals, water park and amusement park is usually popular with children. If you want to enjoy a day at the spa, Skansen Spa is nearby. Here you are perfectly located to be able to make nice excursions both on Öland and the mainland.

Summer house located in Bläsinge/Löttorp on the eastern coast of Norra Öland with a magical view of the Öland landscape and fields. Here you have the chance to enjoy the rural tranquility of Öland and still have the proximity to the sea with a variety of wonderful undulating, white sandy beaches. The nearest bathing beach Högby lighthouse is 3 km away. You also have Sandvik, which is a fantastically beautiful beach. Popular Böda Sand is only 13km away. In Byxelkrok you can enjoy strolling down by the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy a good meal at one of the many restaurants. You only have 8 km to the popular restaurant Lammet och Grisen. The Öland trail runs outside the house for those who want to discover Öland by bike. You also have beautiful walking paths down to the sea. The house has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In the living room there is dining furniture and a sitting area with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The house is on the same plot as another house, but when you rent the house, the house owners are not there, which means that you have the garden yourself. No camping allowed on the grounds, no charging electric cars and pets are not welcome.

The winding gravel road near the sea between Äleklinta and Horns udde is one of Öland's biggest attractions, here you can enjoy unbeatable views, Jordhamn, Grythamn, Gillberga, Byrum's raukar and a variety of beautiful stone and sandy beaches. The house was renovated in 2015 and is located in a small, nice cottage area. The nice garden, which is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall in Ölandssten, has both a paved patio and a terrace with outdoor furniture, a hammock and a barbecue. There is also a beautiful gazebo and a beautiful view. The kitchen is fresh with an open plan facing the living room where you have a sofa, wood burning stove and TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for one person. Even the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for one person. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. You have a guest cabin where you have a bunk bed and a single bed. You have Swedish television and Wi-Fi. Feel free to borrow the two bikes in their current condition. Lofta is located between Djupvik and Sandvik, both of which are fantastic to visit for nice views, swimming, ice cream and restaurant visits. The nature reserve Knisa mosse, one of Öland's few wetlands, is known for its rich bird and plant life. You only have 40km to wonderful Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the small boathouses in the harbor and a good meal at one of the many restaurants. Gårdby Kaf'e & Lanthandel with its popular garden cafe and its well-stocked country store with delicacies is a popular destination. Gråborg is Öland's largest known ancient castle, which is usually popular with its fine hiking trail. You have nice swimming with a wonderful long shallow sandy beach in Bläsinge, where there is also a restaurant and sale of fresh fish. If you just want to take a dip, there is also Gårdby Hamn with a bathing jetty nearby. In Färjestaden there are plenty of fine restaurants, ice cream cafés and bathing areas. Borgholm is also usually a popular destination to stroll around if you want a slightly larger selection. Borgholm Castle Ruins is also here, which is well worth a visit. For the children, Öland Djurpark is usually popular with its animals, amusement park and water park.

Welcome to Valsnäs on Öland's eastern coast, here you live in the countryside with a view of the sea while you only have 15 km to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. You have a farm with a beautiful holiday house with one attached annexes. Here you get a real summer feeling with the view of the beach meadows, the sea and the cows that graze just outside the house plot. The main house has a patio facing the sea where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings. You have a beautiful dining room with a large dining table and a large, lovely kitchen with most of what you need. In the living room you can enjoy yourself in the comfortable armchairs or on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Upstairs you have four bedrooms under the eaves, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a single bed (80cm fine mattresses). So it's also possible to sleep here. However, it is rented to a maximum of 6 people. The gravel road next to the house leads you 1.5 km down to the sea, through beautiful coastal meadows. Here there are boat cabins, fantastic views and beautiful nature. Please note that the houses are located in the countryside next to an active farm with cows, horses and sheep and that the farmer's working day can start early in the morning. If you want a beach, you have Kårehamn's fine sandy beach and dunes 7km away. There is also a fish restaurant by the harbour. Borgholm with a larger selection of restaurants and shopping is 15 km away. Köpingsvik's extensive beaches only 10 km away. You have 4 km to the nearest bath. If you want a larger swimming area, there is Stenåsabadet 7km away with a nice shallow sandy beach, summer restaurant and adventure golf as well as a bird tower for bird watching. Here there are lands with rich plant and animal life. Ottenby is also nearby for day trips. You have about 2 miles to both Mörbylånga and Färjestaden, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Gårdby Kafé & Lanthandel with its garden cafe and interior design shop is a popular destination. There is a lot to explore on Öland, don't miss the Öland Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. Also enjoy Öland's body cakes.

It is 3 miles to Böda's wide sandy beaches, which are well worth a visit for those who want to enjoy sun and swimming. To Borgholm, where there is a larger selection and much to explore, you have 3 miles.

There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a lovely spa environment/treatments. At Ekerum's Golf Club (3.5 km) you get both a great golfing and dining experience. Sandbybadet is a fantastic bathing place with its shallow sandy beach and beautiful dunes. It is 4km by car to Löttorp where there are plenty of restaurants, there is also a nice walking / cycling path there. 2 bikes as is are at your disposal that you will be responsible for. There is a lot to discover on Northern Öland and it is amazingly beautiful. There are plenty of farm shops, body cake stalls, cafes and studios. In Byxelkrok you can stroll around in the small shops in the boat cabins in the harbor or enjoy a good piece of food or a cooling ice cream. There are incredibly beautiful pebble beaches here. Böda with its rolling sandy beaches is a must to visit. Box car land is popular for families with children.
