If you want to explore the island, there are 4 bicycles at your disposal, maybe you take a trip to Bödabukten with its unbeatable kilometers of sandy beaches. You have a large lovely lawn around the house, why not challenge each other on a batch of "Kubb"? To the center of Byxelkrok it is only 400 m, here is incredibly beautiful, a true holiday paradise and you can enjoy strolling around in the small shops down by the boat cabins. Here you can enjoy a piece of food and good drinks in one of the many restaurants. Or why not bring an ice cream to enjoy away on the wonderful pebble beach with its beautiful headland. Here it has become a bit of a tradition to enjoy the sunset. To the south along the water you will find a lovely sandy / pebble beach with a bathing jetty, where you can swim. If you want more privacy and let the eye enjoy, there are wonderful, desolate pebble beaches even further south. You only have about 5 km to Bödabukten and Böda Sand which suits those who want more activity. For a little calmer beach stay, Lyckesand and Homrevet are suitable. You have a wide range of leisure activities nearby: Golf, horse riding, mini golf, fishing on the shores of the Baltic Sea or from fishing boats. Many arts and crafts exhibitions, farm sales, museums and the famous Viking village attract many visitors to Öland. There is a covered terrace where you can really enjoy breakfast or a bite to eat together. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of seating if you are more. There is also a terrace behind the outbuilding facing the beautiful fields / meadows, here is more comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun. Barbecue is available if desired. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. Small but perfectly planned, that's what this little cottage is. Divided into 1.5 floors, everything you need can fit! The cottage is newly renovated and has both a new kitchen and a new bathroom. In the heart of northern Öland, near Sandvik and Löttorp is this summer cottage with room for 6 people. The cottage, located in lovely genuine Öland surroundings, is a perfect starting point for exploring Öland. The cabin consists of two rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is simple, but airy and nice, with access to the glazed balcony. One room is a combined living room and bedroom, with a double bed and the other room contains two bunk beds. The cottage is located on the owners' plot about 15m away from the house owners. Here you can easily live 8 people and 2 in the comfortable sofa bed - a total of 10 beds. On the other side of the bridge is historic Kalmar with its medieval castle and old town center. Kalmar also offers a large selection of shops, restaurants and other services. Öland has a large selection of events during the summer in various places. Nearby are also, for example, Borgholm's castle with the Royal Solliden and Ekerum Resort with everything from 3 golf courses to a fantastic restaurant.
