Here you have a kilometer-long sandy beach with beautiful dunes. If you want life and movement, you choose to swim at Böda Sand, if you instead want a calmer beach stay, there is e.g. Happiness Sand and Homrevet. The coffee house in Böda has fantastic pastries, bread, salads and pizza. The smokehouse in Böda with its restaurant and fish shop does not disappoint. You must not miss Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy strolling around in the small shops down by the boat cabins. Enjoy a bite to eat and a good drink in one of the many restaurants. Cozy cabin in the middle of Öland's summer paradise Böda, where you have walking distance to the wonderful expansive sandy beach. The cabin, which was renovated in 2018, is in good condition with open up to the ridge for lovely space. Here you have a spacious patio of 20 sqm where you can enjoy a good meal or just relax in the sun loungers. The cabin is well planned with an open floor plan. There is a kitchen and dining table for 4, as well as a double bed and a sofa / day bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates, but not oven. Toilet with shower and sink. Laundry room is available in the Service Building in the area. Barbecue is also available if desired. This whole cabin area has a 25-year age limit for renting. And parties are avoided as at 23 it should be quiet and peaceful for everyone's comfort. You live perfectly in Böda with walking distance to grocery store, summer restaurant, café and the most important in Böda, the beach. Here you can really experience the beach, take the opportunity to enjoy both a morning and evening walk along the sea and many beautiful cooling baths. The kitchen is open to a dining area and living area. Which leads to the best with this cottage, the fantastic terrace but views of Kalmar Sound and Ölandsbron. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed if desired, otherwise there are 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft above. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling height, 1.45 m as a maximum in the middle. Which allows a person of medium height to sit in bed. But you can not stand up on the sleeping loft. The size of the house makes it perfect for a couple or maybe small family, as a eg a travel cot would fit up in the sleeping loft. If the family of four is attracted to this cottage, you could have the children in the sleeping loft and the adults sleeping down on the sofa bed and thus also in the evening have access to both kitchen, TV and the lovely terrace. Only 250 km from the bridge on the east side of Öland is the cozy village Bröttorp. A very nice Ölandslänga that has memories from the 19th century. Combined living room with kitchen and a lovely exit to the lawn for cozy meals on the lawn outside. On this floor there are two bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm) and the other bedroom which has been named the "green room" there is a bunk bed (80 / 80cm) and a very comfortable sofa bed (160cm). One of the bedrooms with its own toilet. Upstairs there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm) and a sleeping loft with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm). Here you can easily live 8 people and 2 in the comfortable sofa bed - a total of 10 beds. On the other side of the bridge is historic Kalmar with its medieval castle and old town center. Kalmar also offers a large selection of shops, restaurants and other services. Öland has a large selection of events during the summer in various places.
