Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located close to forest, fields and beach at Koldkær in the middle between Hals and Hou. The cottage's 90 m2 is really well utilized and is divided into an entrance hall, separate kitchen and a spacious living room with wood burning stove, air / air heat pump and space for cottage cosiness, relaxation and meals. There are two bright rooms and a large bathroom with shower, as well as a whirlpool and sauna. From the living room there is also access to a large loft with two good rooms. In one room on the loft there is also a PlayStation. The TV in the living room has Chromecast, so the only option you have to watch TV is to stream your own channels to the TV. There is a chest of drawers full of board games and a box out in the garden with various racks, balls, croquet that attracts board games. There is a lot to explore in Timmernabben which is a small idyll in itself. There is a fantastic fish smokehouse with summer restaurant 1 km from the house, where you can enjoy good food and drink in the genuine archipelago environment. Good pizzas can be found at the pizzeria 1 km away. The campsite with larger bathing area, playground and mini golf is next door. Popular paddle courts are available before the campsite (Stranda TK). Outdoor gyms and exercise trails are 2.5 miles away. Also visit Timmernabben's pride, the small caramel factory "Råsnäs Confectionery" where you can buy fresh freshly made sweets. Picturesque Pataholm is an enjoyable excursion destination with small shops in unique old-fashioned surroundings. You are also close to Oskarshamn, Kalmar and Öland.
