Six double bedrooms with plenty of flair and attention to detail are spread over 210 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for 12 people. The living room features a fireplace for romantic moments. Two spacious bathrooms are available to our guests: on the ground floor, they have a bathtub, shower, and double vanities, and on the upper floor, they have a shower and double vanities. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the house. Sobrigau is nestled amidst idyllic rural scenery and gently rolling hills, surrounded by numerous cherry and apple orchards. Here, our guests find peace and tranquility without having to forgo the amenities of the nearby cultural metropolis of Dresden.

The rooms on the ground floor are tiled for easy maintenance. The ceilings are paneled with white panels and exude a pleasant coziness. The fitted kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Various cabinets offer ample storage space. On the ground floor of this very well-maintained and cozy roof-top house, you'll find the hallway, the high-quality kitchen, and the spacious living/dining room. From the living room, you'll find the large, south-facing terrace and further into the garden. A spiral staircase leads you from the living room to the open gallery on the upper floor of the house. There, you'll find the master bedroom with a balcony and another room, as well as a spacious, daylight-filled bathroom with a bathtub and large shower. The building is located on a side street in Otterndorf. The town center is approximately 1.5 km away. Otterndorf offers a variety of shops. Cafés and restaurants invite you to relax. Medical practices, pharmacies, and a hospital provide healthcare. Kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools are located locally. A high school is located in Cuxhaven.
