In the spatious living- and dining room you will find a sofa bed (which offers sleeping places for two extra persons), a television and a dining table for 8. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 3km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable. Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 24 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. Much of the garden has been recently refurbished and offers generous open spaces. The 16 m² porch is comfortably furnished, while the 8x4 m swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off during the warmest hours of the day. To make the most of Mallorca’s glorious sunshine, hammocks are available in the garden, inviting you to rest and relax amidst the stunning Mediterranean scenery. Beside the pool, a 136 m² terrace offers an ideal place to unwind, and there’s also a swing for the little ones. To round off the day perfectly, you can enjoy a barbecue and spend a magical evening outdoors. Renovated in 2003 from a charming original building dating back to 1910, the house beautifully preserves the essence of Mallorcan tradition. The property is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining area create an inviting space to share with family and friends, featuring a large traditional Mallorcan table and ample room for gatherings. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need to cook just as you would at home. In the laundry area, you’ll find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. This floor also includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with double beds that open directly onto the garden. Two modern bathrooms with showers complete this level. Upstairs, there is a second living room and two additional bedrooms. One features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private sauna for moments of pure relaxation. The other bedroom has a single bed. For families travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
