Welcome to nature! Small, cute cottage in Sandhem with a fresh interior, located on the same plot as the friendly homeowner (approx. 10 m between the houses). Here you live quietly and secluded with nature right outside the door. The cottage is perfect for a small group and offers a total of 4 beds. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm - comfortable for one, cozy for two) and a sofa bed in the living room for two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fresh and has a toilet, sink and shower. In the forest (approx. 150 m from the cottage) there is a cozy barbecue area that the homeowner has created - a perfect place for relaxing evenings. A stone's throw away (150m) is Lake Stråken, where you can try your luck at fishing in a peaceful environment. For swimming, there are several nice options nearby, such as Gravsjö bathing area (approx. 4.5 km, lawn and pier) and Mullsjö camping (approx. 9 km, with diving tower and family-friendly beach). The house has running water from a deep drilled well; it may occasionally have a slight tint in color, but it is perfectly safe to drink. The living room, with its beautiful natural light, features large windows facing the terrace, where you can relax in the outdoor furniture and perhaps enjoy something from the grill. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fresh bathroom with WC, shower, and washing machine. In the separate annex, there are two additional sleeping places in single beds. Access to the washing machine is in a separate laundry room downstairs and can be used after agreement with the owner. It is a shared plot with the owner, whose house is about 12 m away, however, your accommodation has its own separate part of the garden and the location is partially protected from view. Within easy walking distance, about 400 m away, you have the Sågudden bathing area. There are also several places in the municipality where you can rent a canoe and go out on the water.
