The lodgings were excellent! The location was convenient, with a supermarket and metro station nearby, The caretakers were kind and assistive, with straightforward check-in instructions, The apartment was quite lovely, particularly considering the price, featuring a spacious, well-lit bathroom, The only drawback was the heat due to the absence of air conditioning, and the windows overlooking a building didn't let in much breeze, However, fans were available, The sofa could use a clean too, Apart from these minor issues, our stay was wonderful and I would absolutely reserve this place again!

I took my son to Paris for spring break and we absolutely adored the place, It was extremely tidy and roomy, The decor was quite appealing as well, What I appreciated even more was the presence of reasonably priced eateries in the vicinity, To top it all, the metro was just a minute's walk away,

Location is great, close to the metro.
The accommodation is spacious and well-organized, plenty of room for your belongings.
The sofa bed is difficult to fold out and was completely wet inside, so we couldn't sleep on it.
That was a disappointment.
There are 3 bar stools in the house, no other chairs. These stools are really very rickety. We didn't dare sit on 2, because they lean all the way back and to the side.
The kitchen is spacious and pleasant, we only really missed some crockery. So you couldn't use the dishwasher, because you always had to wash everything because you wanted to use it again.
The power goes out if you use multiple power points, but after we found the fuses that was quickly resolved.
