Outside, you can enjoy a large garden with a barbecue, campfire area, and a beautiful view of the sunset. For sports and fun, there is a football pitch, table tennis, badminton, playground equipment, and a trampoline for the children.

In the attic, you will find a recreation room with table billiards, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, Nintendo, and board games. While the children play, adults can relax quietly in the lounge downstairs.

There are beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the surrounding area. Visit Lake Bütgenbach (7 km), the charming town of Monschau, or the nature of the High Fens. Shops and restaurants are located just 3 km away in Büllingen.

The house is more beautiful inside, more spacious and also more richly equipped than the photos suggested. This is especially the case in the living room. The garden is very large with plenty of room for children's fun.

Our children enjoyed their stay very much, and played with the granddaughter of Evert and Hayat. I would also like to mention that the hospitality of Evert and Hayat knows no bounds. Super friendly people, who always did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We enjoyed our stay immensely and would like to recommend the holiday home wholeheartedly!

We had a wonderful holiday. The house was nice and big, very neat and nicely decorated. We were with 2 adults and 5 children and choosing the rooms was already a party. We had a lovely front garden, but especially the back garden was great. There you can enjoy the view while the children play football, swing, volleyball or jump on the trampoline. The landlords had also made a list of all kinds of things to do in the area, including visiting a waterfall and a castle. Beautiful! We really recommend this house! (And I haven't even mentioned the fantastic play attic)

This place is a whole vibe! Spacious enough for a squad getaway, and the garden is perfect for chill BBQs at sunset, The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking feels like a vibe check, no cap, Plus, so many fun activities like table tennis and a trampoline, Definitely a win!

Beautiful house with a nice spacious garden. It's a pity that the garden is not directly adjacent to the entrance of the house. You enter the house through the front door. The garden is on the other side.

Not a house to rent out via Belvilla. Price compared to the house, quite expensive for what it is. The heating and refrigerator were on upon arrival. Was also passed on as such. Nice. But it was still cold on arrival. Perhaps the house had not been heated for a long time. There are 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. The Smeg refrigerator worked well. The built-in refrigerator could not handle the amount, which meant that we had to move food to the other refrigerator. Maybe next time we should switch on the refrigerators earlier. The downstairs bathroom was very old-fashioned. Showering in the bath. But you could shower. No socket in the bathroom. No place to put clothes, etc., properly. Upstairs bathroom is more contemporary. Rooms clean and good beds. But cold upstairs! It took a long time long before the house was warmed up. The living room was good. But for 8 people there is room for 1 or 2 seats. Furthermore, attention was paid to a flower on the table and a candle. A fireplace was noted among the facilities. However, it was there. not. And we think that is a plus when we go on holiday. The TV was in the living room, but there you could only watch the Disney channel. Furthermore, you could not watch TV, nor Netflix. The garden and playgrounds are there, but it is worth mentioning that this is a shared garden. Was not the case. The house was generally clean. But in our opinion too expensive for what it is.
