The "Once Upon a Time" complex offers a fairy-tale-like setting, with terraced layouts and stunning views of the Ligurian coast around Albenga. Located in Villanova d'Albenga, just a few kilometers inland from the coastal towns of Alassio, Ceriale, and Albenga, this charming spot is perfect for exploring the region. Nearby attractions include the Toirano Caves, just 25 minutes by car, and the world-renowned beaches between San Remo and Genoa.

The complex features 90 residential units, a restaurant, reception with safe, snack bar, parking, a bar with TV room, a discotheque, a garden, and a fitness room on the 10th floor. Additional amenities include a sauna (10€/person), Turkish bath (10€/person), whirlpool, and four swimming pools. Wi-Fi is available in public areas like the pool, reception, and bar. The mini-market operates only in the mornings (June 1 to September 15), and there is a shuttle bus to the beach (Mon-Fri, July-August, 3€/person).

A mini club for children (ages 5-16) runs in July and August. The pools are open from May to September, with varying hours and temperatures. The panoramic terrace, featuring a heated whirlpool for up to 6 people, is open from the start to the end of the season.
