The apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes its guests in a large garden with private pool, furnished with a series of sofas and an outdoor dining table. The entrance leads into the spacious living room, furnished with a table, a closet and two comfortable sofas. The American kitchen is equipped with all the amenities for cooking, including an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso machine and a microwave. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second and the third with two single beds each. Two bathrooms with showers and a toilet complete the facilities.

Guests have a washing machine, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning at their disposal.
