The fully furnished apartment features a living/dining room, a separate, well-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and is accessed via an external staircase in the garden. Guests can use the garden and a very large, covered terrace of approximately 44 m². A barbecue is also available. Parking is available directly at the house. Ferlach is located in the Carnica region of Rosental. The renowned Meerauge nature reserve is right on the doorstep, and there are also many hiking trails in Ferlach and the surrounding area.
