Villa Renate is a 4-room villa with 130 m² of living space spread over two floors. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious, bright, luxurious, and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a wardrobe. Upstairs, you will find a large open-plan kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer) as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. Furthermore, the upper floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large swimming pool with sun loungers and shade (May-September). Our chalet is just a 5-minute walk from the bakery, the nearest sports shop, and the chairlift. The award-winning Tannheimer Valley cross-country ski trail and the valley's circular hiking/biking trail pass right by. The Tyrolean-style furnishings, including a tiled stove (firewood is provided in the basement), and underfloor heating for those who prefer comfort, create a feel-good atmosphere. The view from the balcony over the large lawn and the Tyrolean mountains will make you breathe a sigh of relief.

Our holiday apartment is the ideal "base camp" for a relaxing and varied holiday. After an exciting day in the Ötztal mountains, you can end the day comfortably in our apartment with two separate bedrooms (upper floor) and a cozy living room with a kitchenette (ground floor). Our newly renovated luxury apartment in the farmhouse belongs to the Alpin Appart equestrian center right next door. The apartment is 105m² in size and offers space for 6 people on two levels. Rustic old (pine bedroom built in 1900) and new come together here. A modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with satellite TV and balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/corner bathtub and toilet, and 1 separate toilet. For 3-4 people, there are two bedrooms; for 5-6 people, there are three bedrooms. As a guest in the farmhouse, you can use all the services of the main house, such as: bread delivery, lounge, playground, petting zoo, and llama and alpaca hikes. Dogs are not allowed in the farmhouse.

Our holiday home at Leitweg 32 in 6345 Kössen is five minutes from the town center and is idyllically situated in a beautiful, unobstructed and quiet location on the edge of the forest. The house and its garage are yours to enjoy for the entire duration of your stay. Enjoy the unique panoramic view of the whole of Kössen, the Kaiser Mountains, the Unterberg, and the other surrounding mountains.
