Villa Renate is a 4-room villa with 130 m² of living space spread over two floors. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious, bright, luxurious, and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a wardrobe. Upstairs, you will find a large open-plan kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer) as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. Furthermore, the upper floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a small wellness area including a steam room and infrared cabin, as well as a shower and toilet. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large swimming pool with sun loungers and shade (May-September). Our chalet is just a 5-minute walk from the bakery, the nearest sports shop, and the chairlift. The award-winning Tannheimer Valley cross-country ski trail and the valley's circular hiking/biking trail pass right by. The Tyrolean-style furnishings, including a tiled stove (firewood is provided in the basement), and underfloor heating for those who prefer comfort, create a feel-good atmosphere. The view from the balcony over the large lawn and the Tyrolean mountains will make you breathe a sigh of relief.

Our holiday apartment is the ideal "base camp" for a relaxing and varied holiday. After an exciting day in the Ötztal mountains, you can end the day comfortably in our apartment with two separate bedrooms (upper floor) and a cozy living room with a kitchenette (ground floor). The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower/WC, two satellite TVs, free Wi-Fi, a balcony, a terrace, and a ski/boot room with a boot dryer. For our very young guests, we offer a crib, highchair, and a baby carrier for extended excursions.

The house and its garage are yours to enjoy for the entire duration of your stay. Enjoy the unique panoramic view of the whole of Kössen, the Kaiser Mountains, the Unterberg, and the other surrounding mountains. In winter, enjoy it from the living room in the cozy warmth of the tiled stove, or in summer, while sitting comfortably on the terrace.
