The holiday home is in a quiet but central location, close to various ski areas such as Kitzbühel and Ellmau-Scheffau. There is a small ski area right in Kirchdorf. In summer, the region also offers a wide range of leisure activities, such as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes or wellness at the Kaiserquell. There are a variety of shopping opportunities in the surrounding area (3 km). The two comfortably furnished apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, have two well-equipped kitchens with modern appliances. Please note that the apartments are not connected. The other bedrooms and bathrooms also invite you to relax and unwind. The well-tended garden with barbecue and balcony with bar counter has everything you need for a relaxing evening in summer.
