On the ground floor of the house you will find the kitchen, the living room and one of the bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one ensuite, another bathroom and a storage room. The outdoor area has a covered terrace and a separate barbecue area, and a private pool surrounded by greenery. The cityscape of Lovran is predominantly characterized by magnificent Art Nouveau villas and beautiful parks with exotic plants.
