This completely unique cottage is located high and lonely located above Svaneke town on the northeastern tip of Bornholm. There are 180 degree panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and Svaneke town's towers and spiers. The house has three good rooms, one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen / living room has no less than two cozy living rooms and a large dining area for the whole family. The room is like a painting and one's heartbeat slows down as soon as one enters the house. The house has two huge terraces that are partially covered. One faces west and the other east, both terraces are equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The house will be completed in 2021 and recycling of materials from the former agricultural length gives both the house a rustic and cozy atmosphere. From the house there are less than 80 meters to lovely sandy and rocky beach. Årsdale has both a smokehouse and a cafe and the citizens of the town voluntarily run the small grocery store Høkeren, which is definitely worth a visit.
