The house also offers a huge 200 m² pool/activity area with a 32 m² swimming pool with counter-current system, water slide and children's pool. There is also lounge furniture and sun loungers. The 8-person sauna and bath/shower area are also located here. In the room next door (separated from the pool area by a glass wall) is a large activity room divided into two units with billiards, table tennis and darts, providing many hours of entertainment for the whole group. You will need to bring your own table tennis bats and balls. Separate multi-purpose hall with a badminton court with adjustable net for pickleball. There is also a separate squash court with international goals. Please bring your own rackets and balls. The holiday home is divided into two main buildings and a multi-purpose room in a separate building, so you can retreat in smaller groups. The farmhouse has an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a main kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV and Chromecast, which you can use to stream your own TV programmes. On the first floor there is a large living room, a landing, the second kitchen of the house with a small dining area and five fantastic bedrooms, all with good double beds and each with a balcony from which you can also enjoy the view of the fjord. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower, bath and toilet. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV and Chromecast, which you can use to stream your own TV services. Kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The house also has a fantastic outdoor area with several open terraces with good garden furniture and deckchairs where you can enjoy your dinner with a view of the fjord. A charcoal barbecue is available. There is also a large covered area with table/bench set and good garden furniture as well as an outdoor fire pit where you can bake snow bread or roast marshmallows etc. There is also a large seating area under the roof, which can be reached via a ladder (at your own risk), which is particularly exciting for young people. Note: The basement of the farmhouse is currently not accessible (renovation work), so new exciting initiatives can be introduced as soon as possible. Our vacation home in Karby on Mors can accommodate 6 guests - 4 adults and 2 children. The house currently has two bedrooms with two double beds, a junior bunk bed, and two cribs. The floor plan shows a third bedroom, but this is currently only a walk-through room/living room with extra mattresses and an extra TV. The living room has a wood-burning stove, sofa set, TV with Chromecast, and dining area, while lunch can also be enjoyed in the kitchen with a view of the fjord. In the garden, you will find a terrace with a built-in slide, a sandbox with toys, a sensory swing, and a shelter with room for at least four people and a view of the water. You are welcome to pick berries and grapes from the many bushes and vines in the garden. At the back of the garden, you will find a gate with direct access to the fjord 200 meters away. The nearest beach is ideal for families with children, as it is always a very shallow sandy beach. The conditions on the beach are ideal for kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. In the neighboring town 3 km from the house, you will find shopping, a local bakery, a paddle center, large playgrounds, and bouncy castles. In Nykøbing Mors, you can go to a restaurant or café, stroll down the pedestrian street, or take a trip to the harbor. Jesperhus Holiday Park with a playground and water park is only 11 miles from the house, and in July you can solve mysteries at Højriis Castle near Jesperhus. In the small cozy village Karby on Mors, where you will find peace and quiet, this spacious, older town house is only approx. 370 m from the Limfjord and ferry crossing Næssund. The house is divided into 2 levels, where on the ground floor you will find a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, utility room with washer and dryer, and 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom with bar, billiards, darts, table tennis and TV with built-in Chromecast for streaming own programs / apps . Smoking is allowed in the master bedroom. The rooms are distributed so that there is a larger room with a double bed and wardrobe space, as well as two smaller ones with two single beds in each. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a sofa bed, as well as a larger living room with a cozy sofa group and TV with free Danish channels and built-in Chromecast for streaming own programs / apps. The house is ideal for angling, and has its own dinghy for use at your own risk. Cleaning area both outside and in the utility room, there is also a chest freezer. Outdoors there is seating both covered and open terrace, petanque court and wilderness bath.
