As a neighbor, there is a playground right behind the house, and there is a football field that resides diagonally behind the house, but here you have to cross a road to get on the football field (only a little traffic). Once you have crossed the road, there is only a quiet road down to the beach. Here you can swim and sunbathe. In the spring you can fish for hornfish along the beach.
