The house is located high on a hilly plot that gives a really good view of the sea over the other summer cottages. Since the house is so high up, the terrace is relatively secluded. There are stairs up the slope to the house from the parking lot. The plot is hilly, but there are 40 m & # 178; beautiful open terrace area facing the sea on the east side and 10 m & # 178; covered terrace on the south side of the house. The cottage has a large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna as well as a guest toilet. Three fine bedrooms, including two double rooms and a room with two sets of bunk beds.
