There is a separate activity room in the spacious house, where you can spend many hours playing billiards. There is also an extra television so you can watch DVDs. The total of 10 beds are distributed over five bedrooms, each with a double bed. In 3 of the bedrooms, the double beds can be put together to form 2 single beds. From the house's kitchen/family room there is access to the 50 m2 terrace, where you can grill in the summer and otherwise enjoy the beautiful surroundings. For fun and games there is a 1,500 m2 plot with a slide and swing for the little ones. No rentals to youth groups desired!

The cottage is located in a scenic area only approx. 5 min from good bathing beach. There is internet for work as well as streaming and also a fine selection of TV channels for the late evening hours. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace sections, which invite to evening fun by the grill. You can enjoy the sun undisturbed all day on the plot, which has a large lawn where children can play ball or other outdoor games. About 2 min from the house there is a campsite with bouncy castle and playground. Here you can buy small necessities and pick up fresh bread in the morning.

The house is continuously renovated, i.a. in 2019 with new floors throughout the summer house and most recently a brand new annex has been built. The open kitchen/dining room makes for cozy gatherings at all times of the day, and the homeowner has provided various types of games for indoor fun time. There are three bedrooms. The summer house is also equipped with internet and an air/air heat pump, which gives you the cheapest form of heating or e.g. cooling on hot summer days. The wood-burning stove is also ready to create coziness for you. Chromecast is also available for own streaming services. You have direct access to the covered terrace and the large and completely enclosed garden where a fire pit has been established, both children and dogs can run around freely. Shortly from the house you will find two campsites, where you can, among other things, can order fresh breakfast bread. Not for rent to youth groups.

Here you can start and end the day with a dip in the separate pool and spa area. The cottage has a total of 165 m2 of space, so there is plenty of space for up to 12 people in the house. You have two separate bathrooms and five bedrooms as well as two sleeping places on the loft. It is also ensured that you can relax with the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The outdoor life can be lived on the terrace and for the little ones there is a swing set and for the little ones there are football goals. You have 1646 m2 of land, so it is just before the lawn can be made into a football stadium. From the house you have only approx. 250 meters to the lovely beach in Købingsmark.

Der er også indrettet et hyggehjørne til de mindste med alt lige fra brætspil til legesager og børnefilm. Der er tre pæne soveværelser med gode senge, selv køjesengen i det mindste værelse er en kraftig vægmonteret seng med gode boksmadrasser på 90x200, samt et pænt badeværelse med bruser. I den isolerede havestue/vinterstue kan i nyde en kop kaffe eller en god bog i al slags vejr. Udendørs er der en skøn terrasse og der er flere solstole til rådighed. Der er god plads til leg og boldspil i den store have, hvor i finder mange forskellige legeredskaber, samt et bålsted og en shelter (medbring selv liggeunderlag og soveposer). På siden af sommerhuset er der en dejlig lukket solgård, med udekøkken og rindende vand samt en grill. Tæt på huset finder I en campingplads (der er åbent fra d. 1.5-1.10) hvor I kan bestille frisk morgenbrød. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper
