Super well-kept holiday home with sauna and hot tub located just 425 metres from a lovely sandy beach and close to the local grocery store and small fishing / marina at Kramnitze. After a nice walk on the beach or sightseeing around Lolland and Falster, you can enjoy the warmth of the sauna or hot tub. The cottage's kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven, fridge, freezer 60-99 litres and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, music system, CD player, wood burning stove and free internet. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast, the last room has a double bed. The holiday home's bathrooms have a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Right of the house you have panoramic views of Kattegat from the terrace which is covered. From here you can observe the ferries and ships.
