You have the feeling of living in the middle of the cosy village. With the terrace in front of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quartier historique. Directly opposite the château de la Napoule.
Ideally located also for families with children as the beach is 50 metres away. Truly a unique location! Baker, butcher, supermarket and restaurants are within 200 m. The little train station is right behind the house. This gets you to Cannes in 7 minutes and Nice airport in 30 minutes. Parking is free in front of the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. There are fans in all bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are beach chairs and 2 bicycles. The house is non - smoking

- It is located next to Cannes' quiet railway line, the trains do not run in the evening after 10pm.
- The house is not very suitable for toddlers because of the stairs.
