This villa is located on a private estate in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, a quiet, green setting with stunning views from the Corniche des Maures to Cap Lardier. An external staircase connects the two levels of the house and can accommodate family or friends, with living rooms and two bedrooms on the terrace level and the other bedrooms on the garden level. The terrace level features a summer lounge, large terrace with built-in barbecue, dining area for 12, renovated kitchen (2020) with modern appliances, living room with fireplace, TV, Yamaha Clavinova piano, books, games, and WiFi. Bedrooms include doubles (160x200 cm, separable) and a dormitory for six, with bathrooms and independent toilets. Laundry facilities are available. The 10x4 m swimming pool (roller shutter, open 1/05-30/09) is surrounded by sunbeds and furniture. Guests can enjoy the boulodrome and parking for 2-3 cars via electric gate. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is nearby with beaches, marina, shops, restaurants, water sports, and easy access to the Massif des Maures for hiking and cycling.
