It features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, adjacent to the cozy living room, which includes a TV, sofa bed, and armchairs. The living room opens onto a large wooden terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and a wonderful south-facing exposure. The separate bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern shower room has a heated towel rail. The apartment includes a parking space in front of the house. The Surrounding Area Lemkenhafen is a small, former fishing village on Fehmarn Island with a marina and a wide range of restaurants.
