The "Waldhaus" is the rear part of a semi-detached house on a small private road about 150 meters from the beach on a large natural plot. The private sunny garden is bordered by hedges and is barely visible from the neighbors. The rear garden is bordered by a stream and a small wooded area leading to the fields. Important to note (especially for dog owners): the garden is not fully fenced; there is no fence at the rear, facing the stream, and there is a passageway to the street. The holiday home has approximately 75 square meters with two separate bedrooms (equipped with mosquito nets), a new, modern shower room, an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room.
