The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a large kitchen-living room of approximately 30 square meters, a bedroom, and a bathroom. An extra bed and highchair for a toddler are available. Outside, a south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air. A small garden in front of it completes the overall picture. In winter, the garden sauna with its own bathroom and relaxation room is available for a fee. Shopping facilities are open 7 days a week, 100 meters away.

The holiday apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is located on the ground floor facing the garden and features 2.5 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It offers plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children, with an extra bed and highchair for a toddler available. The south-facing terrace is perfect for a leisurely breakfast in the morning or a delicious barbecue in the evening. Bicycles can be easily stored if needed. The apartment features a spacious living room, a master bedroom and a small children's bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub. A closed entrance porch with a coat rack and shoe rack keeps the apartment clean and dry.

In Laboe, the houseboat is located in the modern Baltic Bay Marina at the mouth of the Kiel Fjord to the Baltic Sea. On these floating berths you can relax wonderfully and watch the harbor life. From the upper sun deck (25 sqm) you also have a wonderful view of the Kiel Fjord with all the large ships, sailing yachts and traditional sailing ships coming in and out. There is a restaurant directly in the marina, and many other restaurants, ice cream cafes, bars and quaint pubs are within walking distance in Laboe. Cozy holiday home with a fireplace in the idyllic seaside resort of Krusendorf, close to the Baltic Sea. Quietly located on a private path, only 200 m to the sea and the natural beach. Beach, sea, nature - Krusendorf is a quiet, picturesque place. The holiday home is on a fenced property and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area on the ground floor invites you to get together in a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. On cooler days, relax with a glass of wine in front of the warming and cozy fireplace. On the upper floor, a staircase takes you to the bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious and fenced garden you can have a barbecue with the family and enjoy the sun and peace and quiet.
