Located in Holstein Switzerland and the Mittlerer Stocksee nature reserve, within walking distance of the lake, this spacious property is set in a secluded location. It features a thatched shed, furnished as a spacious holiday apartment (approx. 90m²) for 2-4 nature lovers. Newly renovated and furnished in a country-house style, it has been offered as a holiday home for the first time since 2023. The bedroom is very welcoming and cozy with a large window. On the opposite side is the walk-in closet with generous storage space. The large loft-style living room features a pull-out sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The large kitchen is fully equipped; there is also a table for at least 2 people. The new bathroom has a large shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. In front of the house is the garden with a lovely, sunny seating area. Our farm has a small private equestrian center.

A fireplace in the living room with free wood makes it cozy even in the colder months. From here, you can access the large terrace, where you can sit and relax in the sun. The new, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and offers a dining table overlooking the large garden. The small bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable pull-out box-spring bed (160 x 2 m). The guest toilet is also located in the hallway. The large bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed (180 x 2 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

The cozy, light-filled 90 m² apartment with a separate entrance is the right-hand wing of the Scandinavian wooden house. It extends over two levels, with a spacious kitchen, guest toilet, open living-dining area on the ground floor, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub, plus a second toilet) on the upper floor. It also features an open gallery/loft under the roof with panoramic views. Due to the open hillside location, partial views of the Muggesfelde estate and lake, and the open wooden staircase, it is not wheelchair accessible! The private terrace with teak garden furniture, loungers, and a Weber grill is located directly on the edge of the field; the patio under the ash trees is perfect for enjoying the sunset. Wi-Fi is available for streaming with your own device.

Located in a small holiday home village, the non-smoking "Seebrise" house impresses with its light-filled living area, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and open cathedral ceilings in the living and kitchen areas. Above the bedrooms is a gallery with a gallery. From here, you can enjoy direct views of the Baltic Sea from a cozy seating area. The house has two bedrooms, and four additional sleeping options (double bed and sofa bed) are available on the gallery, so the house can accommodate up to eight people. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the spacious bathroom.
