Our newly renovated, comfortably furnished, and dog-friendly holiday apartment with approximately 50 m² of living space, a fireplace, and a spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. Dogs are welcome. The kitchen and dining area features a well-maintained fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Food and water bowls are provided for your pets. From the kitchen, you enter the bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed. An additional dog bed is provided as standard. The bedroom features a comfortable 1.60 m wide box spring bed. The bright bathroom with a shower features modern furnishings.

The basement apartment offers 60 square meters of living space and features a spacious living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious bedroom. A covered terrace furnished with garden furniture is available, offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and valley. The terrace and adjoining garden are secluded. The apartment has its own private entrance. I live in the apartment above. The garden is not fully fenced. A barbecue is available for your use. Wi-Fi is provided. Firewood is available for €5 per basket should you wish to light the fireplace.

The "Waldecker Auszeit" holiday home is a renovated farmhouse on the edge of an agricultural holding in a quiet location in the Höringhausen district, not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and National Park. With two apartments, the 240 m² allergy-friendly house can accommodate up to 18 people. The apartments can also be booked individually. Families with children are welcome! Unfortunately, rental to residential groups, children's homes, and construction workers is not possible. The 100 m² apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms and two sleeping options in the living room (a Murphy bed and a sofa bed), accommodating up to 6 people, or up to 7 people with a baby. This apartment has both a guest toilet and a bathroom with a barrier-free spa shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer combination. The new and modern interior, as well as the bright, welcoming, spacious rooms with high ceilings, invite you to relax. The spacious hallway offers additional seating. The apartment is rounded off by a large terrace in the front yard, and the adjacent lawn offers space for children to play. 10 people and a baby can be accommodated in the 140m² apartment on the upper floor, which is accessed via a separate staircase in the annex. The bright and spacious apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with accessible (spa) showers. The living room offers two additional sleeping options with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer combination, a microwave, and two coffee machines. The dining area and kitchen are located in a spacious room, perfect for entertaining in the evenings. This apartment also has its own terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Lockable bicycle storage and a charging station for e-bikes are also available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Unfortunately, bed linen and towels cannot be provided. A tourist tax of EUR 100 per person applies. 1€/day is to be paid separately.
