The charming, approx. 75 m2 log cabin is located in the midst of lush nature on a small hill, which you reach via a rather steep driveway. This location offers an idyllic retreat for nature lovers.

 From the cozy living room you have direct access to the partially covered terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The open kitchen with dining area is compact but well equipped. The log cabin has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities, including a toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor (note: accessible only from the outside) is a cozy room with a comfortable sofa, a bunk bed and another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink). 

It is important to know that the log house is located in the middle of the forest, which means that depending on the season you can expect spiders or falling leaves. 
In spring you will be treated to the beautiful spectacle of new leaves coming out. The space in the living room and kitchen can be perceived as limited or intimate. The fact that this is a charming log house, there is no doubt. 

 The log cabin is conveniently located on the outskirts of Heringhausen, a village on the Diemelsee. Here are many opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing, diving, swimming, canoeing, sailing and even round trips on the lake. Although there are no stores in the village, you can stop at various restaurants. In addition, you can reach the bustling winter sports resort of Willingen in just 20 minutes by car and it takes 45 minutes to Winterberg.

With two apartments, the 240 m² allergy-friendly house can accommodate up to 18 people. The apartments can also be booked individually. Families with children are welcome! Unfortunately, rental to residential groups, children's homes, and construction workers is not possible. The 100 m² apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms and two sleeping options in the living room (a Murphy bed and a sofa bed), accommodating up to 6 people, or up to 7 people with a baby. This apartment has both a guest toilet and a bathroom with a barrier-free spa shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer combination. The new and modern interior, as well as the bright, welcoming, spacious rooms with high ceilings, invite you to relax. The spacious hallway offers additional seating. The apartment is rounded off by a large terrace in the front yard, and the adjacent lawn offers space for children to play. 10 people and a baby can be accommodated in the 140m² apartment on the upper floor, which is accessed via a separate staircase in the annex. The bright and spacious apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with accessible (spa) showers. The living room offers two additional sleeping options with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer combination, a microwave, and two coffee machines. The dining area and kitchen are located in a spacious room, perfect for entertaining in the evenings. This apartment also has its own terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Lockable bicycle storage and a charging station for e-bikes are also available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Unfortunately, bed linen and towels cannot be provided.
