Historically, mulberry avenues were planted on stately estates like the island of Mainau to produce silk. The mulberry leaves served as food for silkworms. The silk was processed into fine garments worn on special occasions.

The 4-room apartment, 100 square meters in size, is located on a hill above Meersburg. It is very quiet and offers unobstructed views of the lake and the Swiss mountains. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Underfloor heating is available.
