The MILA holiday apartment is modern and completely new. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2017. We wanted a modern and lovingly furnished apartment where we would all feel at home and equipped with all the luxuries of everyday life. It impresses with its modern and very bright, cozy style. The new shower room with a wall-mounted toilet and glass shower gleams with a bright, new shine.

This 60 m², 2-room apartment is located on the first floor and has a south-west-facing loggia. This apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 4 people. Lots of light comes into the house from all sides, and the high air space in the dining area gives a feeling of space and spaciousness. Real wood floors, designer furniture and the spiral staircase to the gallery underline the elegant living character. The sauna, a bathtub in the bedroom and two bathrooms with floor-level showers ensure comfort in the wellness area. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and is open to the 40 m² living area, where you will find a fireplace and home cinema system. 24 m² wooden terrace facing southeast with teak furniture and parasol extend the living area into the garden.

Welcome to your lakeside house! We've fulfilled our dream of a log cabin in the immediate vicinity of the lake (50 meters). This Scandinavian-style house was lovingly built from summer 2020 to early 2021. The modern and elegantly designed bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200), which is guaranteed to ensure a relaxing sleep on vacation. This fully equipped and renovated holiday apartment in Hahnenklee features a living room with a modern kitchenette and dining area. The bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) that provides ample space for a restful sleep. The large sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space (only two sets of linen are included in the price; please bring your own bed linens or let us know). The bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. As this is a non-smoking apartment, we ask that you please smoke only on the balcony or outside the apartment – thank you!

This cozy log cabin is located in a very quiet location with direct access to the forest/spa park. From the winter garden, it offers a magnificent view of Sankt Andreasberg, the Matthias Schmidt Mountain, and the Glockenberg Mountain. The cabin has a large veranda and an outdoor sauna. It is secured with a wrought-iron gate to prevent unauthorized access. A garage and parking spaces in front of the house are available. For children, we have a playground and a very large lawn that invites them to romp around. There is also a cozy barbecue hut on the property that can accommodate up to 12 people, allowing them to spend pleasant afternoons and/or evenings together. There are many different recreational activities around the Harz Mountains.

The view from the balcony is indescribably beautiful. You can even enjoy the sunrise over the sea from the dining table. We have completely renovated this house, located directly on the seafront and steeped in history. The tastefully furnished apartment offers everything you need to feel comfortable. A restful sleep is guaranteed thanks to the box-spring bed. The property includes an idyllic plot of land spanning over 5000 m² near the boat dock at Fliegenpilz. The large garden is completely private, making it the perfect place to play, sunbathe, barbecue, or simply relax. Garden furniture and loungers are provided.

The holiday home is a new build from 2013 with approximately 100m² of living space. It is located on a large (1,500m²) fully fenced plot. There is a large lawn of approximately 1,000m², and the rest is covered with trees. The holiday home is heated. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms except the two bedrooms, which are heated by radiators. The heating is powered by natural gas and solar technology. An 11kW wallbox is installed for charging electric vehicles. (Activation upon request)
