There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house. Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home. At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. This restyled holiday home is located at Ferienresort Cochem. The interior is modern and complete. In the small but nice living room you'll find a TV and decorative fireplace. In the open plan kitchen you'll find a dishwasher and microwave. You'll have three bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a single or double setup. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with three single box-spring beds. There's a bathroom on each of the two floors, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. You'll also find a separate toilet on each floor. There's a garden with terrace, garden furniture and two loungers. The garden can be reached through the French doors from the kitchen. There is parking for one car near the holiday home.
