The spacious holiday apartment was newly furnished in January 2020 and the upper floor also features new flooring. A beach chair is included during the summer season. This comfortable holiday apartment, approximately 66 square meters in size and spread over two floors, is located in the small fishing village of Dorum-Neufeld, directly behind the dike, in a holiday home complex only about 600 meters from the fishing harbor and the grassy beach. A bakery, a café, various restaurants, and a bicycle rental shop (among others) are also within easy walking distance. The visitor's tax, payable locally, includes, among other things, (the following) between May 1st and September 15th. Admission to the "Watt'n Bad" (Watt'n Bath) is included. On the lower level of the apartment, which features granite flooring (except for the sleeping area), you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a high chair, a double bed with a smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment also has a shower room finished in marble and granite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, toaster, (filter) coffee machine, kettle, iron, and ironing board. A cozy balcony with a table and four chairs and a retractable awning is also part of the apartment. On the upper level, which you reach via an open staircase, you'll find a living/sleeping area with laminate flooring, two single beds, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a stereo system, board games, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The single beds can, of course, be pushed together to form a double bed. All beds have high-quality mattresses, pillows, and blankets (new in 2020). Our holiday home is in a well-kept holiday park on a property that is difficult to see. The winter garden on the house is worth highlighting.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to relax and is furnished with a smart TV, a stereo system, board games, and a small library with books for all ages. Upstairs, there is a new WC, a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). A cot is also available. Both bedrooms have exterior blinds to ensure a restful sleep. The outdoor area is another highlight – the large, sheltered terrace features garden furniture, sun loungers, and a comfortable beach chair, perfect for relaxing. You'll also find a practical garden shed equipped with a barbecue, a clothes drying rack, and sand toys. Here you can not only safely park and charge e-bikes, but it also offers space for strollers, handcarts or rollators.

The apartment features a tastefully furnished living room with an integrated kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, a bathroom with shower, a hallway, and a storage room. A comfortable sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and roller shutters. Enjoy the beautiful weather on the south-facing balcony (with seating). A parking space is available for your car. The beach and the beautiful Wadden Sea are just a few steps away. A travel cot and a highchair can be borrowed free of charge on site.
