Both the living room and the dining room have an unobstructed view of the Hömberg and the village of Siedlinghausen on both sides of the valley. Adjacent to the hallway is a reading/study/playroom which also gives access to the large outside terrace which is also accessible from the outside via a separate gate next to the garage. The spacious kitchen (with separate pantry) is equipped with all modern conveniences. Finally, on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and access to the basement. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very spacious, and 1 bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with two 1-person box spring beds (90cm x 210cm, 90cm x 210cm and 80cm x 200cm) and have plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a bath unit with a wide washbasin and a toilet (also suitable for small children). There is a cot (for babies and small children) on the large landing. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a relaxation room with a Finnish sauna (max. 3 people), a pool table, a table tennis table, a table football game and a darts game. The holiday home is located on a (hiking) path that ends in the forest and is therefore a dead end. As a result, there is hardly any traffic. In winter, however, the road is kept snow-free. In the center, just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home, there are various shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, banks and tourist office), restaurants and gas stations. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool and tennis courts.
