As soon as you reach the beautiful covered veranda in front of the entrance door and cross it, you are greeted by a spacious, open-plan ambience with an excellently equipped kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with upholstered furniture, an open wood fireplace, satellite TV with flat screen and air conditioning.
The living room leads to the hallway that leads to the other rooms in the house, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The diverse and very well-kept outdoor area is lovingly and extremely spaciously designed. The highlight here, centrally located and surrounded by a lawn, olive trees and palm trees, is in the form of a wonderful private pool with deck chairs and parasols.

Less than 700 meters from the rocky coast, nestled in one of Fontane Bianche's most enchanting coves, with crystal-clear waters offering ideal diving conditions and just a two-minute drive from the white sandy beach, this beautiful property is situated on a meticulously maintained plot of approximately 850 square meters. The apartment, accommodating up to five people, is located on the first floor of a Mediterranean villa, newly built in June 2023, featuring a saltwater infinity pool.
The owner occupies the ground floor, but does not always use it as his primary residence during the low and mid-seasons. The owner will not infringe upon the privacy of his guests.
Access to the apartment is via a separate door after passing through a shared pedestrian gate.
Eighteen comfortable steps, divided into two flights of stairs, lead to the 85-square-meter apartment on the first floor. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished for five people.
... The owner will not use the pool with the guests, allowing them to enjoy it undisturbed.
Attractions such as the Cava Grande Nature Reserve (15 min.), Pantalica (40 min.), and Vendicari (20 min.) are easily accessible from here.

The living space of the house of around 100 square meters is on the ground floor and is elegantly and lovingly furnished with all comforts with a total of three bedrooms for up to six people
Directly from the kitchen you reach a beautiful terrace with a dining table and seating.
In addition to the terrace with dining table already mentioned and connected to the kitchen, there is another attractive outdoor lounge area at the front of the house. This consists of an approximately 35 square meter veranda with seating and a small table, from here you look out onto another spacious terrace with an outdoor grill and pizza oven (wood for an additional charge) where cooking lovers can give free rein to their taste. The terrace also offers the opportunity to set up a table tennis table and spend fun moments.
Simple table tennis bats and balls are available and included. There is also a separate toilet with toilet and sink on the front veranda.
Private pool with integrated whirlpool. A small Mediterranean garden with palm trees, flowers and lawn surrounds the pool and gives the whole thing a natural and harmonious setting.
