The surroundings of Stavoren in Friesland are perfect for water lovers: you can go sailing, windsurfing, sloop sailing and much more! Enthusiasts can play a round of golf at the nearby golf course (16 km) and trips to Hindeloopen and Workum are also very worthwhile.
This modern holiday home consists of 2 floors that are heated by solar energy. Downstairs you will find a cosy and well-equipped kitchen with 2 ovens and a microwave with grill function. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a private bath and all beds in the house offer a very high level of comfort.
This house is located in a quiet residential area. Because of the peace and quiet and the nearness of the neighbours, we kindly ask you to take this into account. The house is very suitable for families and not for groups of young people.
The house has a normal (finnish) Sauna with an Infrarot – Seat inside for the back.
Please note that a new construction project is currently underway nearby. This may cause some noise pollution.

This modern, semi-detached villa has an artistic location on the Waterrijck villa park. It is a boathouse home with its own mooring for an open small! sailboat or a sloop. The house was built in 2003 and stands in the water. The interior is bright with great attention to comfort, and comfortably accommodates a family.
Plenty of water sports can be enjoyed at the IJsselmeer. Beach lovers will enjoy the available beach and the rural surroundings of Stavoren are a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and lovers of peace and nature. Also pay a visit to the nearby Frisian Elfsteden towns such as Hindeloopen and Workum.
The living area is located on the second floor, so you have a beautiful view over the water.In front you look beautifully over the busy Johan Frisokanaal, behind you can swim in the harbor bowl. Marinapark with various facilities such as a lovely indoor pool is open from the Easter weekend until the last weekend of the autumn vacations, in October.

You can enjoy the lovely view from the Ijsselmeer dike. There are beaches along the sea dike, where you can sunbathe, swim, surf and fish in peace during the summer. In a fantastic location overlooking Lake Sneekermeer, this luxurious houseboat is nestled in the heart of a water sports area. The boat accommodates four guests. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious, modern bathroom. On the aft deck, you'll find a sauna area where you can relax and cool off directly in the open water.
Atop the boat is a spacious sun deck with a lounge sofa and various seating areas. Here, you can enjoy the sunset and the passing boats. At the end of the jetty where this houseboat is moored, there's a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. Not far from the holiday home, you'll find a water ski slope and inflatables in the water – fantastic for children. Excellent cycling paths are available in the surrounding area. Cycle to the charming Frisian villages around the lake and relax on a terrace by the water.
You can also rent a boat for four people from the owner. The cost is €250 per week or €50 per day. Please contact the owner for this.
