Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and ample storage space. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a bedside table. The luxurious bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The 55 m² garden is fully fenced (1.30 m) and features a lounge area, a dining table, and a barbecue. A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge. Enjoy free, high-speed Wi-Fi and a carefree stay with made-up beds and a towel set. Safety features include smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a safe for valuables.

The property is fully fenced, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday with young children or dogs. The spacious terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. The magnificent view over the water and reeds invites you to enjoy long summer evenings on your own property. A private jetty for sunbathing and relaxing can be accessed via a gate from the garden. The spacious living and dining area with TV and air conditioning features a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The larger bedroom with TV offers a beautiful view of the water from the bed. Both bedrooms have fly screens on the windows. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the lobby.
