It is about 2 kilometers to walk or drive down to the fjord where there is a boathouse and wharf, but only 800 meters from the holiday home to an idyllic outdoor area/fishing lake with bathing water, benches, and fire pit. Possible to rent canoes and boats by the water. At the marina, there is a fish filleting area inside the boathouse and outside with water and light, as well as storage options for fishing equipment in the boathouse. The fjord is very rich in fish and there are several good places for pole fishing from shore. At the boathouse, there is also a nice beach. Boats for rent: •15 foot Tobias with 15 HP Yamaha. •2 x 21 foot with 60 HP engine, GPS/chart plotter/echosound, chartplotter/gps/echo sounder, 8 rod holders Canoe by Frøkedalsvannet, 100 NOK pr. day, equivalent to rowing boat. Please note: There is a 200 m steep path from the parking lot to the cottage.
