Lakeside holiday home, private garden

A small summer resort on Lake Pile, it's perfect for fishing, swimming in the lake's clear waters, and cycling through the surrounding forests. The surrounding area boasts meadows, fields, forests, and, above all, numerous lakes, offering fantastic opportunities for spending your free time by the water. Pure relaxation awaits you in an oasis of peace and quiet, in direct contact with nature. This spacious, two-story summer house boasts a private, fenced property. It features both a covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, loungers, and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace, TV, and dining table. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms and an additional toilet. A washing machine is available. Four bicycles are available for guests free of charge. A pedal boat is available for an additional fee. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood, final cleaning, a cot, a high chair, parking, and bicycles. The immediate area is particularly inviting for fishing (from the shore or by boat). It's worth exploring the surrounding area by bike. On the other side of Lake Pile, in the town of Borne Sulinowo (7 km from Dabrowica), there are a number of restaurants and bars. Between 1945 and 1992, Borne Sulinowo was a Russian army garrison, a town excluded from Polish administration, invisible on maps – a secret, inaccessible town, one might say. Here, you can expect to encounter all the military remnants of the Russian military presence in these areas and learn about Poland's post-war history in the context of the stationing of foreign armies there until the 1990s.
