There are local restaurants 5-minutes drive away and the beach and Puerta Banus are 10 just minutes by car or taxi. Marbella Old Town, Estepona and San Pedro are all a short drive, you can visit the white mountain villages. Granada and Seville and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are just 2.5 hour's drive. The house is south-facing, has lovely outside space with a large veranda with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, a large terrace off the master bedroom with both pool and mountain views and a side sea view, and there is a private courtyard entrance.
