The property is fenced and you will be able to enjoy total privacy. Distributed all on the same floor, the interior is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You will find a living room with satellite TV and Smart TV equipped with AC that leads to the induction kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. You will be able to enjoy your meals at the dining table in the kitchen, as well as to extend your evenings. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. Two with double bed and fan and the third with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower.
