Accessing the house from the street, we find the main floor where you will find the common areas such as a large living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, a large glass table with chairs, two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. With a fresh, renovated style and a beautiful decorative fireplace that adds a lot of character, this space leads you to the kitchen, very spacious, with ceramic hob and a table with chairs if you prefer to eat here. In one of them, we can even prepare a cot and a highchair for a baby. Alcanada is an urbanization that radiates tranquillity and a family atmosphere, as it is mainly inhabited in summer and by local people. This makes it the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. In Alcanada there is a small grocery shop and a restaurant. Its beach is very special because of its rocks, stones and its mythical lighthouse, inviting you to take a nice walk. If you are golf lovers, here you will find one of the best golf courses in Mallorca, the Golf Alcanada club, which has 18 holes. The exteriors of this amazing house are really beautiful. Various terraces are furnished and decorated specially to make you enjoy your time in them, having breakfast with sea views, preparing tasty barbecues, sunbathing or even reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best of all is that in front of them, there is a large garden area that reaches you directly to the sea. Right here you can swim next to the ships if you want to, although the pebbled beach is situated only 450 meters away or some minutes walking. The house has two floors. On the main floor you find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite-TV, DVD and sea view. The kitchen invites you to cook on the gas cooker. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and one on the upper floor with bathtub. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Three also have wardrobes and two have access to one of the terraces. A cot, a high chair, three fans and four radiators are available. Alcanada is a very quiet and familiar urbanisation in the coast, since it is inhabited by the local people. There you can find some small supermarkets and a restaurant as well as a golf course. Its beach is a marvel if you are looking for being calmly and access to the beach in only few steps. In the small island situated in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, features a lighthouse.
