Beside the pool, a 136 m² terrace offers an ideal place to unwind, and there’s also a swing for the little ones. To round off the day perfectly, you can enjoy a barbecue and spend a magical evening outdoors. Renovated in 2003 from a charming original building dating back to 1910, the house beautifully preserves the essence of Mallorcan tradition. The property is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining area create an inviting space to share with family and friends, featuring a large traditional Mallorcan table and ample room for gatherings. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need to cook just as you would at home. In the laundry area, you’ll find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. This floor also includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with double beds that open directly onto the garden. Two modern bathrooms with showers complete this level. Upstairs, there is a second living room and two additional bedrooms. One features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private sauna for moments of pure relaxation. The other bedroom has a single bed. For families travelling with a baby, a cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
