In front of an impressive beach of crystalline water and white sand, this beautiful apartment offers a simple lawn garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers. However, you will probably prefer to go right to the beach and lay on the sand. Then, you can relax with the music of the waves and the impressive views to the never-ending sea and the mountains too, while you enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue.
This apartment is on the ground level, although there are several steps to access the main entrance. From the porch, you can enter a great room where living, dining room and kitchen are all together. Here, you can watch the TV-Sat or just rest on the sofa, enjoy your meals or cook while you admire the sea. The kitchen features a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms with AC; one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub; another bedroom has two twin beds, and the last one presents a bunk bed. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the accommodation , and this one just has a shower. The laundry room is independent and it features a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is oil central heating throughout the accommodation.
This accommodation is very well located in an area with all needed services around like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beaches and even night clubs. You can visit this places and other nearby towns taking the bus that passes by every 15 minutes in the summer season, although you can also drive to spectacular beaches and dream-like coves like Cala Sant Vicenç or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, when its street market takes place. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Enjoy a large breakfast at the terrace, which has a table with chairs for 6 persons. The little garden area offers two sun loungers, perfect to read something interesting or basking in the sun, although you will probably feel like going to the beach which is just 130 metres away, and enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
The two storey chalet with a size of 90 m2 is ideal for families and small groups of friends. In the living room, with a large sofa, you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, watching TV (satellite TV) or taking a nap. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, food blender, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. Going upstairs you find the three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub, the second one has two twin beds and the last one has a single bed. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The whole accommodation counts with heat - cold air conditioning and there are units in every bedroom and in the living area.
The 115 m² plot offers space for 2 cars on the property and free street parking. It is located next to the main road, making access easy, though there may be some noise. The location is excellent: a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop are just a few steps away. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Port d'Alcúdia, Pollença, and Ca’n Picafort. Just 100 meters away, the fine sand beach invites you to stroll and relax. In Port d'Alcúdia, you'll find restaurants, bars, and a lively market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Don't miss the Roman ruins and their amphitheater. By car or bus, you can visit beaches like Formentor or Playa de Muro, as well as the charming town of Pollença.
