The terrace of this great two-storey house is no doubt the favourite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high stone walls, that surround the amazing pool, transforms the space in a real paradise, in a magazine image, within town. The chlorine pool sizes 6.5 x 3.35 metres and it has a water depth of 1.53 metres. Around the pool you will find the exterior shower, 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy an interesting reading and a great exterior table with chairs for your barbecues and long evenings. The recently renewed house boasts a well-cared modern style. It offers an open-plan main floor with the living, dining room and kitchen sharing the same air-conditioned space. Here you can sit and relax while watching the satellite TV and rest after enjoying an appetiser and a delicious meal cooked on the induction top. Then you find 3 bedrooms with closet and AC. One has twin beds and is located still on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs -one with a double bed and terrace and the other with twin beds. We will provide a baby cot and a high chair if your are travelling with your baby. You also have two bathrooms in the house, both with a shower, one on each level. Finally, a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment and are located at the terrace. The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away. The exteriors of the house are beautiful: have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax. The porch is furnished with a table and 6 seats to have cool dinners in the summer nights. The area surrounding the swimming pool counts with 4 sun beds and there is also a pergola that provides some shade. Moreover, you will also fins two big and comfortable seats and a sofa where you can drink something right after taking a dip. The chlorine pool with a size of 8 meters x 4 meters is private. The atmosphere of the villa is warm and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the huge living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching TV (satellite TV) or either watch a film with the DVD player. There is air conditioning in the living area. The adjoining dining area, in the same room, counts with a rustic wooden table and seats for 14 people. The open-plan kitchen in this room is equipped with everything you could need for cooking during your holidays: coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and much more. The house is only 2.2 km far from Sa Pobla., where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings. In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included!
