You have a sea view and walking distance over the beaches meadows down to a fantastic sandy beach where you can enjoy a quiet and nice bath. Note that choirs and horses graze on the beach meadow, which creates a wonderful feeling of being one with nature. For those who are afraid of cows and horses, the property does not fit. It is very important to close gates behind you to keep the animal in check. Ni has three small houses. The largest has an open plan with a kitchen area equipped with a kitchenette with two cooking plates, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Here there is a matplats, sofa and a double bed of 140 cm. There is a smaller house, also with an open plan. Here there are two beds, as well as an open part with shower and sink. Then there is the smallest purple house with a separet. The separate room is replaced by the owner of the house, so it is nothing that guests need to think about. In the garden there is outdoor furniture where you can lie back and enjoy the peace. Here you live nicely on Öland's quieter Östra side and can explore the island. There are plenty of cafes, farm shops, inns, attractions and more eastern beaches. You also don't have far to Borgholm if you want a large selection of restaurants and shops.

Färjestaden with its seaside location and lovely harbor environment is very popular in summer. There is a large selection of fine restaurants and ice cream cafés here. There are paddle and tennis courts, mini golf, spa and shopping center, etc. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park, amusement park is usually popular with children. From here you can explore the rest of Öland if you wish. Kalmar is also close by if you want a larger selection of shops etc. or see beautiful Kalmar castle.

Welcome to a fantastic holiday home in cozy Lofta on Öland's west coast with only 300m to the sea and beautiful Horn's coastal path. The winding gravel road near the sea between Äleklinta and Horns udde is one of Öland's biggest attractions, here you can enjoy unbeatable views, Jordhamn, Grythamn, Gillberga, Byrum's raukar and a variety of beautiful stone and sandy beaches. The house was renovated in 2015 and is located in a small, nice cottage area. The nice garden, which is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall in Ölandssten, has both a paved patio and a terrace with outdoor furniture, a hammock and a barbecue. There is also a beautiful gazebo and a beautiful view. The kitchen is fresh with an open plan facing the living room where you have a sofa, wood burning stove and TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for one person. Even the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for one person. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. You have a guest cabin where you have a bunk bed and a single bed. You have Swedish television and Wi-Fi. Feel free to borrow the two bikes in their current condition. Lofta is located between Djupvik and Sandvik, both of which are fantastic to visit for nice views, swimming, ice cream and restaurant visits. The nature reserve Knisa mosse, one of Öland's few wetlands, is known for its rich bird and plant life. You only have 40km to wonderful Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the small boathouses in the harbor and a good meal at one of the many restaurants. Welcome to Valsnäs on Öland's eastern coast, here you live in the countryside with a view of the sea while you only have 15 km to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. You have a farm with a beautiful holiday house with one attached annexes. Here you get a real summer feeling with the view of the beach meadows, the sea and the cows that graze just outside the house plot. The main house has a patio facing the sea where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings. You have a beautiful dining room with a large dining table and a large, lovely kitchen with most of what you need. In the living room you can enjoy yourself in the comfortable armchairs or on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Upstairs you have four bedrooms under the eaves, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a single bed (80cm fine mattresses). Toilet and shower and washing machine are downstairs. Wilma's annex, which is located in front of the main house, has 2 beds (80 cm), living room and toilet and sink. So it's also possible to sleep here. However, it is rented to a maximum of 6 people. The gravel road next to the house leads you 1.5 km down to the sea, through beautiful coastal meadows. Here there are boat cabins, fantastic views and beautiful nature. Please note that the houses are located in the countryside next to an active farm with cows, horses and sheep and that the farmer's working day can start early in the morning. Flies also thrive in the area. High silos can be seen behind the trees. Not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. If you want a beach, you have Kårehamn's fine sandy beach and dunes 7km away. There is also a fish restaurant by the harbour. Borgholm with a larger selection of restaurants and shopping is 15 km away. Köpingsvik's extensive beaches only 10 km away. Also take the opportunity to visit, for example, Öland's zoo and amusement park, Borgholm Castle, the royal Solliden or the magical Trollskogen.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom, as well as a small built-in bunk bed for 2 smaller children. Toilet with shower and sink and washing machine. Drying wick is in the garden. The upper floor which has sloping ceilings and lower to the ceiling has plenty of sleeping space, in one bedroom there are 2 beds, in the other there are 3 beds of which on one of the bed can be folded out to a double bed. The house is located next to a road, but is equipped with a fence. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups, parties. Here you stay in the middle of Öland with a perfect location for exploring. You are close to Köpingsvik (2.5km) with its popular fine beaches and Borgholm with its large restaurant selection. Everyone creates their favorite places on Öland, but Alvaret, Borgholm's castle ruins, Solliden, wonderful Byxelkrok and Böda's rolling beaches are popular places well worth a visit. Also take the opportunity to enjoy Öland's good body cakes.

The living room has a stove and a comfortable sofa group. By the pool there is a lovely pergola for relaxing in the shade. For those who want activity, there is a trampoline in the garden. The sights on Öland are many, such as Solliden's castle and Borgholm's castle ruins, which are well worth a visit. There are also many nice events offered during the summer. Öland Zoo is another excursion destination for families with children where you can both watch animals and swim in the water park and ride some carousels for the daring. The nearby Köping Bay offers one of Öland's finest sand dunes. It is not possible for youth groups to rent the cottage.
