In this delightful cottage you will be only 2 kilometres from the sea and 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Borgholm. The cottage is set on the same plot of land as the owner's home . It has an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens onto the terrace. The cottage has air conditioner all year around and also underfloor heating in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. A steep set of stairs will take you up to the mezzanine where there's a mattress with a width of 140 centimetres. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Please note that the cabin is not rented out to youth groups. Öland has plenty of lovely bicycle trails which makes it easy to go places by bike. The nature here is stunning and there's a number of lovely beaches to choose from. If you enjoy golfing, Ekerum is nearby, offering one of Sweden's largest golf courses. Families will enjoy the zoo and the amusement park by the bridge, Ölandsbron. Köpingsvik is another nice place to visit. Or why not take a boat trip over to the mainland and explore Småland? Welcome to this lovely holiday home set on beautiful Öland!

Stay secluded on the wide stretch of beach in Långlöt where you can really enjoy animals and nature. You have a sea view and walking distance over the beaches meadows down to a fantastic sandy beach where you can enjoy a quiet and nice bath. Note that choirs and horses graze on the beach meadow, which creates a wonderful feeling of being one with nature. For those who are afraid of cows and horses, the property does not fit. It is very important to close gates behind you to keep the animal in check. Ni has three small houses. The largest has an open plan with a kitchen area equipped with a kitchenette with two cooking plates, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Here there is a matplats, sofa and a double bed of 140 cm. There is a smaller house, also with an open plan. Here there are two beds, as well as an open part with shower and sink. Then there is the smallest purple house with a separet. The separate room is replaced by the owner of the house, so it is nothing that guests need to think about. In the garden there is outdoor furniture where you can lie back and enjoy the peace. Here you live nicely on Öland's quieter Östra side and can explore the island. There are plenty of cafes, farm shops, inns, attractions and more eastern beaches. You also don't have far to Borgholm if you want a large selection of restaurants and shops.

Here you live with the best location between Borgholm and Köpingsvik at Blå Rörs camping, with only 80m to swimming at the nice shallow sandy beach. You have 2.5km to Köpingsvik's popular extensive beaches. Also to Borgholm where you have a large selection of restaurants and shopping you have 2.5km. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. The area is quiet and nice and Blå Rörs camping is a nice family campsite. The plot is secluded and here you can enjoy wonderful days off. You have two lovely verandas with outdoor furniture on each side of the house. The house has a large living room with sofas. You have a kitchen with a dining area and most of what you'll need. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Please note that the washing machine is not to be used. Welcome to a fantastic newly renovated barn house with a rural location in Långlöt on Öland's east coast. The accomodation has been renovated with style and class and here you can really enjoy the lovely atmosphere and the fine material choices. Outdoor furniture is available directly outside the house or under the pergola if you prefer. A nice boule court is available for those who wish (boules balls are available to borrow). There is also a sauna in the bathroom that can be rented from the owner for an extra payment. You have your own part of the garden, the owner of the house who lives in the house next door mostly stays on the back side with a secluded location. The house has a large living room where you can enjoy the beautiful stone walls and an incredible space as the roof is open right up to the ridge. There is a stylish, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and a living room with TV. One entire gable is fitted with large window sections facing the road for nice light. A tall, beautiful spiral staircase leads you up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility due to this stair. Directly above the stairs, screened off with glass railings, are two single beds. From here, you have a view of the barn, but can turn back towards the hallway that leads you into the wonderfully beautiful bedroom, where you sleep soundly directly under the ridge in a double bed. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the landscape with the sea in the distance. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with toilet and sink and a large wardrobe. You have another bathroom on the lower level with wc, sink, shower and a beautifully glazed sauna. The sauna can be used against extra payment to the home owner. It is possible to charge an electric car by agreement with the owner for a fee. Here you live in the countryside and can enjoy fantastic nature and nice walking paths. Öland's museum Himmelsberga is only 1.9 km away, where you can experience historic Öland farm environments. The coffee house offers coffee and a good lunch with fresh, locally grown, organic ingredients. Many activities are organized here for both adults and children. Take the opportunity to explore the slightly quieter East side, where you can find fantastic beaches, views and attractions. If you want to enjoy a wonderful sandy beach with jetty, you can go to Bjärby badplats, which is approx. 6km away. If you are looking for a nice event for the evening, there is Kackelstugan where you can enjoy great artists in a lovely environment during the summer. You also don't have far to the West side if you want a greater range of events, shops, restaurants and more well-visited beaches.

Drive on road 136 northward on Öland. South of Borgholm, turn off onto road Grebyvägen towards Räpplinge. Once in Greby, turn right at the T-junction. Drive 700m and turn right onto the smaller nature trail Snapvägen (homemade sign). When you see the house further ahead on the right, you turn right just before the wall. Park the car by the house. Don't forget to bring your own bed linen and towels and clean the house before departure. Welcome! In Borgholm you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere, eat at one of the many restaurants or enjoy a good coffee or ice cream. North of Borgholm is the extensive popular beach Köpingsvik. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins, which is well worth a visit. There is a lot to explore on Öland, a lot of culture, sights, inns and farm shops. Also, don't miss eating the popular Ölandskroppkakan. The popular Kackelstugan, which in the summertime arranges a number of concerts with well-known artists, is 930m away. The winding gravel road near the sea between Äleklinta and Horns udde is one of Öland's biggest attractions, here you can enjoy unbeatable views, Jordhamn, Grythamn, Gillberga, Byrum's raukar and a variety of beautiful stone and sandy beaches. The house was renovated in 2015 and is located in a small, nice cottage area. The nice garden, which is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall in Ölandssten, has both a paved patio and a terrace with outdoor furniture, a hammock and a barbecue. There is also a beautiful gazebo and a beautiful view. The kitchen is fresh with an open plan facing the living room where you have a sofa, wood burning stove and TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for one person. Even the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for one person. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. You have a guest cabin where you have a bunk bed and a single bed. You have Swedish television and Wi-Fi. Feel free to borrow the two bikes in their current condition. Lofta is located between Djupvik and Sandvik, both of which are fantastic to visit for nice views, swimming, ice cream and restaurant visits. The nature reserve Knisa mosse, one of Öland's few wetlands, is known for its rich bird and plant life. You only have 40km to wonderful Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the small boathouses in the harbor and a good meal at one of the many restaurants. It is 3km down to Stora Rör's harbor and bathing area. Here you have Grandma's Stone Oven Bakery & Coffee House, which is nicely located by the sea. In summer, their fine bistro is also open. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are a quarter of an hour away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm, the perfect place to stroll among shops and enjoy a plethora of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Don't miss Borgholm's Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. In Färjestaden you have fine restaurants. There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a lovely spa environment/treatments. At Ekerum's Golf Club (3.5 km) you get both a great golfing and dining experience. Byxelkrok and Böda on Norra Öland are well worth a visit. You also have the proximity to Kalmar with a large selection of shopping and restaurants. Here is also the astonishing Kalmar Castle. The house has large areas for socializing and sleeping comfort for up to 12 people. The house is decorated with a sleeping loft or a so-called tower room with a double bed. Large kitchen with kitchen island, stove with induction hob, convection oven and fan. There is also a microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a dishwasher. The living room has a stove and a comfortable sofa group. By the pool there is a lovely pergola for relaxing in the shade. For those who want activity, there is a trampoline in the garden. The sights on Öland are many, such as Solliden's castle and Borgholm's castle ruins, which are well worth a visit. There are also many nice events offered during the summer. Öland Zoo is another excursion destination for families with children where you can both watch animals and swim in the water park and ride some carousels for the daring. The nearby Köping Bay offers one of Öland's finest sand dunes. It is not possible for youth groups to rent the cottage.
