This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the family room opens onto a terrace with a wood-fuelled bath barrel. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). Next to the guest house, you will find the sauna, with room for 5-6 people at a time. The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities.
