This comfortable house offers the perfect location suitable for holidays any time of the year! The two-storey house features a beautiful kitchen, and a spacious living room/ dining room. The living room leads to the comfortable, roofed terrace.The bottom floor also contains a bathroom (WC and shower) and a laundry room. On the upper floor you will find the family room with it’s TV-area and 30 TV-channels (Swedish channels as well as English-speaking channels). The family room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. The bedroom is spacious and contains one double bed. The upper floor bathroom contains a shower and a small whirlpool that fits one adult or two children. On the upper floor there is also a lovely balcony with a panoramic view. Please note that it is not allowed to charge electric cars. The lovely angler’s house is well-furnished and a ladder leading to a spacious loft with a double bed (legless). The closest beach is only 400 metres from the house. There is a sandy beach, rocks and a bathing dock. There are also crab fishing possibilities. Skärhamn offers culture and entertainment. On the magnificent island of Tjörn, you will find this modern holiday home with a view of the sea. The holiday home is a flat on the upper floor of a house that is set in a quiet residential area in the centre of Skärhamn. The flat has two furnished balconies from which you can admire the archipelago. You will also have use of a private part of the landlord's garden and an outdoor sitting area. The flat features two comfortable bedrooms. In one you will find a double bed and in the other there are two single beds. The spacious living room features a TV-area, a DVD-player, and free wireless internet access. The kitchen is light and airy and opens onto the smaller balcony. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. . You also have access to a washing machine which you share with the landlord. You will find it in the basement. You enter the flat through the landlord's hall. Your flat is upstairs and you have a front door upstairs that you can lock. The lovely, child-friendly beach of Tubbeviken is just 200 metres from your flat. This is a lovely place for the whole family, there's a bathing dock and cliffs, as well as a sandy beach where the children can play and fish for crabs. Skärhamn offers plenty of entertainment and culture, for instance lovely art museum specialising in aquarelles. Your holiday home is within walkin distance of most services, such as restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Why not visit the lovely towns in the archipelago? Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund to mention a couple.Within a wider distance, you will find Rönnäng dock, where you can dine or catch a ferry to the islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Dyrön. From here you have service points, entertainment and beaches within your reach! The kitchen and living room offers a combined space with glass doors leading out to the terrace. AC available. Child-friendly ladder to the mezzanine where you'll have a large double bed and TV. Skärhamn offers a rich cultural and entertainment life, and there's plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the area.

Welcome to Skärhamn on Tjörn in beautiful Bohuslän with proximity to both salty baths, nature and the harbor that in the summer is buzzing with life and movement. Eat an ice cream, stroll in the summer shops, enjoy the sea's own movie time or rest in the garden for a while. The cottage is bright and nice and has an alcove in the living room with a single bed that is 120cm. There is a divan sofa that for the evening is easily made into a double bed 140cm and an extra bed 80cm to place next to. Spacious dining table with seating for 6 people and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Here everyone can sit and enjoy meals where the door is open and outside be able to take part in the wonderful summer feeling. At the far end of the cottage there is a smaller kitchen with stove with 2 plates, kitchen hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Inside is the fully tiled bathroom that has toilet, sink and shower. All new and fresh since 2022. Outside there is a lawn for play as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage is located a bit away from the owner's house so you are not disturbed by each other at all. At certain times of the year, the sheep live in the pasture next door otherwise they are out on summer grazing. The cottage is located next to a local carriageway with less traffic. It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation. The cottage is located only 400 meters from very pleasant hiking trails in the Toftenäs nature reserve. All conceivable services are available in Skärhamn, which also offers a rich entertainment and cultural offer. Take the opportunity to visit the Nordic Watercolour Museum, which is a centre for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolour techniques. Several genuine archipelago communities can be found in the immediate area such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund. The entertainment city of Gothenburg can be reached by car within an hour.
