There are a total of four bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed, the rest with single beds. The kitchen with the associated dining area is in the middle of the house and also has access to the patio at the back. The living room has large windows where you can look out over the lawn. The basement level offers a recreation room with a sofa group and here there is also access to a shower, toilet and washing machine. The patio at the back provides a real peace and quiet with large lawn leading to a green area. Gather the family and enjoy a lovely barbecue evening. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the sea, or you can take the car to Svanesund's bathing area where there are jumping towers, piers and large grassy areas. Close to restaurants, entertainment and other services in Svanesund. If you're in the mood for shopping, Stenungsund has around 60 stores that you can easily reach via the free car ferry. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Feel free to take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen.
